From joining ANS RPO to transitioning into Founder’s Office
ABOUT
I work close to real business operations, identify where workflows break, and turn those problems into deployed products, internal tools, integrations, and automated systems.
At ANS RPO, I joined in business development and moved into the Founder’s Office within approximately two months after taking ownership of product and engineering work. Since then, I have built company websites, a centralized operations dashboard, SEO workflow tools, and internal automations while contributing to growth and coordinating with marketing teams.
My earlier experience founding nexCRAFT taught me how to work directly with clients, lead delivery, and move from an unclear requirement to a shipped solution. I now want to bring that combination of technical execution, product judgment, and commercial understanding to a high-ownership product team.
